FAQ
A
The translation of the Chinese text to English is: The jet diffuser is not a steady flow valve, it is either the A-type nozzle outlet that we call, and the air blown out will not immediately disperse.
A
Fabric air duct isn't suitable for use in negative pressure environments, and generally harder materials are better suited for this purpose.
A
It is no problem.
A
The commonly used method is to use small holes for air outlet. When you place an order, the technical team will provide you with a reasonable air outlet plan based on the air volume and installation height on your drawings/equipment for your confirmation.
A
20mm is the most commonly used thickness for insulation. The unit price for a 10mm thickness is 110, while the regular supply air duct is 45.
A
The pressure resistance is the same. The pressure resistance of the air duct can reach 2000Pa.
A
The total resistance of the fabric air duct system is smaller than that of the traditional air supply system, so it will not increase the pressure of the fan equipment.
Q
A
The pressure calculation method for fabric air ducts is basically the same as that for traditional metal ducts, including all the calculation formulas and algorithms. The friction coefficient of the fabric air duct is also basically the same as that of the traditional metal spiral duct. However, when calculating the pressure for fabric air duct systems, the friction loss along the duct can be ignored and only local resistance loss needs to be calculated. This is because for fabric air duct systems, the friction loss along the duct decreases with the decrease of the air velocity inside the duct, and the total friction loss along the duct is basically the same as the static pressure regain value, and even if there is a difference, it is relatively small. Moreover, the static pressure regain value is often greater than the friction loss along the duct. Sometimes we use PAD pressure balance valves to reduce some dynamic pressure. Of course, in complex systems, the pressure loss of local components such as elbows and tees needs to be calculated.
Q
A
The friction coefficient of fabric air duct system is less than 0.024, which is similar to that of iron air duct. In fact, the friction resistance of fabric air duct system is much smaller than that of traditional air system, because the system is mostly circular, the average wind speed, especially the middle and rear wind speed, is smaller than that of traditional system, and there are fewer branch pipes and other factors. For simple straight pipe systems, the friction resistance can be ignored because it is less than the static pressure recovery. For complex pipeline systems, the resistance is only one-third to one-fifth of that of traditional systems. Therefore, the pressure value of traditional systems has enough margin for fabric air duct system. The fabric air duct system can design the permeability and spray holes of materials according to the pressure value to ensure the designed air supply volume, and there is no additional requirement for air conditioners.
